Jess, from the United Kingdom, and her kids created these beautiful string art paintings. Read on to find out how they did it…
Things you need:
- white canvas (can use paper)
- kids’ acrylic paint.
Instructions:
We dipped the string into the paint and lay it on the canvas swirling it back and forth. You then taper the string off the end of the canvas and pull the string straight down off the edge. Easy as that 🙂
Tell us about yourself…
My name is Jess. I have 3 children: Ellie-Maie who is 7, Leila who is 5, and Harry who is 1. We are from the UK.
Crazy as it may sound to some we are loving having lots of extra together. The kids haven’t driven me mad too much and they have been well behaved overall. They are struggling a little with not seeing grandparents but we facetime and socially distance visit grandparents on our walk each week!
We have been doing lots of child-led activities as well as the girls’ schoolwork. Lots of crafty things, baking, cooking, helping around the house. Literally try to turn everything into a game.
