What did you do?
I had seen lots of people online showing cutouts that when the sun shone through them, they projected words on to the ground- I wanted a gender reveal that was a bit different and so thought of this!
Unfortunately after a week of blazing sun, the weather changed so there was no sun so we had to do it differently at first but a few days later the weather changed and my son willingly did it again for me and it was perfect and a lovely keepsake!

I am married and have an 8 year old son and a baby boy on the way in October!
How are you finding being housebound so far?
So so! Some good and some bad days. School work is a complete battle but thanks to the amazing weather we have been having, we have done so much outdoors. I have been furloughed from work which has helped massively as would’ve struggled more if I was working!
Do you have any tips for other parents?
Don’t compare yourself to others. Do what is best for you and your child(ren). Don’t put unnecessary pressure on yourself and go with the flow. Mental health and happiness is way more important.
