Kirstin, from North London, sent in this great idea. Let’s take a look at it…
What did you do?
Mirrors are a great surface for children to draw on. They can see their reflections and with whiteboard marker pens, they are easy to wipe clean.
We used a a marker pen, googly eyes and a little cloth for wiping.
We started by drawing our own reflections in the mirror and then went on to drawing all our family members. My little girl loved adding the googly eyes and wiping away the picture to then draw them again. We created the whole family.
If you do it outside in the garden it’s also wonderful to see the clouds float by and the trees in the reflection.

How are you finding being housebound so far?
Challenging at times but great quality time with my family.
