Here is some inspiration regarding how to create your own Lady & the Tramp night in the comfort of your own home. Create your own menu, decorate the house and do other things to keep the theme going for the day.
Description
To create the menu I took inspiration from the film and then got a little creative. As long as you have the spaghetti and meatballs on it you are onto a winner.
We had 2 empty wine bottles lying around so we popped two candles in them. To set the scene we played the music from the film on YouTube.
We were lucky enough to have the cuddly toys of the 2 main characters, so using pins I joined them with string ‘spaghetti’.
We didn’t tell my daughter what was happening so she was super excited when she walked into the dining room.
Do you have any other projects planned?
I’m aiming to try a Beauty and the Beast night…… watch this space.
Tell the Housebound With Kids community a bit about yourself…

Do you have any tips for other parents?
I don’t think I’m qualified to give tips but I’m trying very hard to make the weekends stand out from the weekdays. I think it important for grown-ups as well as the kids.
Has this website and community helped you?
I enjoy seeing what other people have been upto and adapting some ideas that I see.
