Mussahir, from Pakistan and living in Australia, sent in this fudgy brownie recipe. Let’s take a look at it…
What did you make?
I made fudgy brownies.
Ingredients:
• 1/2 cup + 2 tablespoons salted butter melted
• 1 cup granulated sugar
• 2 large eggs
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 1/2 cup melted milk chocolate chips
• 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
• 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
• 1 cup milk chocolate chips
Method:
Preheat oven to 180 degrees C.
Add melted butter into a large mixing bowl. Whisk in sugar by hand until smooth, 30 sec.
Add in eggs and vanilla extract.
Add melted chocolate until combined and smooth.
Use a rubber or wooden spatula to stir in flour, cocoa powder until combined. Stir in whole chocolate chips.
Line a metal 9×9 pan with parchment paper.
Pour into prepared pan and smooth out.
Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes and cool for 30 minutes before slicing.
Tips:
Use room temperature eggs and don’t overbeat the eggs as this introduces too much air into the batter, causing the brownies to be more cake-like and less dense.
Enjoyy..!!!
This recipe is quick and easy.
