What did you do?
My son made a sand castle dessert!
Giorgio’s sand castle dessert was an experiment at first. Our first attempt was made with normal easy to make Bird’s custard…and a dollop of apricot purée inside! The second sand castle we made was a vanilla Panna cotta a dollop of apricot in the pudding! The sand is crushed cornflakes!

I’m Teresa, I live in London, UK. I have 2 boys, age 20 and 15. Giorgio, who has Down Syndrome, really enjoys making food illusions. He loves to trick people with his desserts, as they are not what you think they are!
How are you finding being housebound so far?
We have really enjoyed our time together housebound. We are keeping busy baking and cooking.
