What did you do?
We wanted to make a balloon display, so designed the shape and made the base from wires and wood and finally attached balloons via a fishing line! Also made the banner for the display.
I am pleased that the shape definition worked… I was unsure if the shape with balloons would be clear. We had to add wood to the wire structure to make it strong and stable…
Do you have any other projects planned?
I love crafting and thinking of new ideas… not sure what next as have too many ideas!

My name is Wajeeha, I’m a doctor/GP by profession but love arts and craft. I live in Leeds with 2 kids aged 2 and 8. I use any excuse to craft whenever I get the chance.

How are you finding being housebound so far?
It’s been a journey but thankfully not been too difficult. Children adjust to change more easily than I thought.
Do you have any tips for other parents?
Having a routine helped otherwise everything merged into one!
