Jessica, from England, shares a simple and tasty banana biscuit recipe. Let’s give it a try…
What did you make?
These biscuits are quick and easy! I was introduced to them by a wonderful NCT friend and they have been a hit ever since! Simply Bananas, oats and a teaspoon of cinnamon! I have also included a drop of vanilla essence in the past!
1. Mash two bananas
2. Add some cinnamon (I add a teaspoon)
3. Add oats until the mixture begins to become a ball.
4. Then I either make little disc shapes or balls for baking.
5. 190 for about 8 minutes.
They are great as they can be made by little adventurers and now my eldest has been teaching the twins!
When baking with toddlers I find it easier to bake on the floor as everything is accessible.
Do you have any other projects planned?
I find it more exciting to work in themes so while on lockdown we have been traveling the world and learning about different habitats eg the rainforest in South America. Next up we are traveling out of this world to space!
