What did you make?
We made raspberry waffles. They are dairy free, egg free and nut free. You can freeze them for up to 3 months.
Ingredients:
1 cup plain flour
2 tsp baking powder
2 medium bananas
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup plant milk
1 tbs oil
handful chopped raspberries (fresh or frozen)
Method:
1. In a mixing bowl mix together the 1 plain flour and the baking powder.
2. Add the bananas, plant milk and vanilla extract to a blender and whizz until smooth
3. Add the wet mixture to the dry mixture and mix everything together.
4. Stir in the oil and mix again.
5. Add some about a handful of raspberries (crush if not frozen).
6. Spray some non stick onto a waffle mould and then pour in the mixture.
7. place in oven for 20 mins and 180c. Take care when releasing from mould as it will be very hot!
Served on my bamboo plate.
